Important complete the Income Statement first, complete the Statement of Owners' Equity second, complete the Balance Sheet third, and complete the Statement of Cash Flows last.

1) Review 2008 Financials for EcoLogix Services - tab labeled "2008 Financials"

2) Complete 2009 Financials for EcoLogix Services-tab labeled "2009 Financials"

Note: You will use some 2008 information to complete the Cash Flow Statement

Example:

2008 A/R 16,000 2008 A/P $10,000

2009 A/R 26,000 2009 A/P $5,700

Decrease to Cash Flow Statement 10,000 Note: when you see (brackets) you will subtract from the cash flow statement. See Study Guide Increase to Cash Flow Statement 4,300

Note: If the difference is a decrease in A/R the difference is added to cash flow statement and an increase to A/P is also added.

If the difference were an increase to A/R then we would deduct that difference on the cash flow statement and if it were a decrease to A/P is also deducted.

3) Complete the 12 Month Income Statement-tab labeled "12 Month Income Statement" and answer discussion questions.

You are expected to answer each discussion question. You may research these questions using the internet, library services, or another authoritative source.

4) Answer discussion questions on the Cash Analysis-tab labeled "Cash Analysis"
