Sally has agreed to sell some of her land to Marcos. The land is one of the last available lots of its size in the area and Marcos is very happy to be able to buy it. As a part of the deal, Sally has also agreed to sell Marcos a new tractor from her tractor dealership at a steeple discounted price. After they signed the contract for the sales, Sally started to have second thoughts about the deal. She is now refusing to sell the land and tractor to Marcos. Marcos has asked a court to force sally to complete the sales as agreed upon in their valid contract. Please discuss whether a court will grand Marcos his request and force sally to complete the sale of the land and sale of the tractor. Be sure to fully explain your reasoning.
