Assignment 2: Historical analysis and Financial Statement Forecasting

A. Forecast your firm’s performance for 3 years. Data for the historical financial analysis and the forecast should be based on historical financials for 2018, 2017 2016 plus Q1 and Q2 of 2019. Calculate and analyze relevant financial metrics. Note: there maybe some metrics that are specific to your industry; you should include thosemetrics.

B. Historical metrics to consider: FCFF, FCFE, EBIT, EBIT, D/E, EV/EBITDA, EV/ Revenue, EBITDA/Interest, EBIT/Interest, ROIC, examine debt structure: type of debt , covenants, maturity, ratings trend,etc.

C. Calculate WACC components, WACC and ROIC-WACC spread – analyze the trend. Provide a summary of the historical financial position of yourfirm.

Assignment 3: DCF Valuation , Relative Valuation, Investment Risks and Market Call

A. Build a DCF financial model for your firm to find the equity value per share. Develop a multiple valuation model for your firm to find the equity value pershare.

B. Assign a price target to your firm for the end of the year based on both the DCF and Multiple models. Make a market call to: Buy Sell orHold.
