You are responsible for producing a high-quality business model canvas for your start-up venture. Like any model, you are not expected to accurately predict the future, but you should identify essential activities, partners, etc., that are key to your venture's success.
There are many different ways to produce the business model canvas. These methods generally include:
1. Using a white board with the template already drawn upon it. Use stickies to list important attributes for each of the nine components of the model. Take a high-quality digital image of the final product to share digitally. This method is useful for quickly producing a canvas for evaluation, and you can go through several iterations to find the best model.
2. Using a large sheet of butcher paper with stickies as described in the method directly above.
3. Using an Excel or PPT template and typing in the attributes to that digital template. The finished Excel or Powerpoint is then shared digitally.
