Question: "Devise a plan of action." The reason I chose this step is because I am horrible at coming up with a plan, let alone following it. My ADHD is so bad and being able to focus long enough to make a plan is super hard for me. My plan to overcome this challenge is to continue taking my medication and continuing to do what I do for school work. Which is lock myself in a quiet room with no distractions and reminding myself that the plan is a priority and needs to be completed. what I would need to be successful in completing the steps is to make sure I am prepared and not distracted while trying to do my research. I would then need to make sure I don't procrastinate and wait until the last minute. I need to make sure I am mentally prepared to do the work needed to complete the assignment at hand. Putting my best foot forward is the best way I can mentally prepare for the success needed.
