The team you have been assigned to consists of four men and three women.  One of the male members and one of the female members have publicly identified themselves as having same-sex partners.  During one of your first meetings, one team member, Pascale, makes subtle homophobic statements causing surprised looks on the faces of everyone else.  During the second meeting, Pascale appears to be texting and paying little attention during the meeting causing several members to repeat questions, answers, and opinions.  Several decisions regarding the direction of the project needed to be made during the third meeting.  All team members agree on the decision except Pascale who, while argumentative, makes some very good points.  You have concerns about the viability of the team going forward with the problems that you are seeing.
