In this module, you have learned about with what a SWOT is, how they are conducted, and how they are used. It's now your turn to create a SWOT matrix for a company of your choice (you must NOT use the company General Nutrition Center, GNC).
Critically analyze its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Include documentation that you have found during your research. Please note that it is unacceptable to use an already created SWOT matrix that you find on the Internet. The purpose of this exercise is for you to gain experience in analyzing the internal and external markets of a company.
In your initial response, reflect on the company you have chosen and complete a SWOT analysis. Points to cover in your response include but are not limited to:
Identify the company and the industry it is in (i.e., McDonald's is in the fast food industry).
Complete the SWOT analysis.
Make recommendations for the company based on the SWOT.
Include justification for your responses and apply the course material.
