The case study is about a supervisor name Gillespie who ignore derogatory remark made by an employee name Olson towards the women in the workplace. One of the women name Lowe complaint to the supervisor. He brushed off her   complaint and said to ignore him. Lowe quit her job a few weeks later and brought harassment charges to toward the company. Now there is a lawsuit

1. What could Gillespie have done differently to avoid this entire problem and lawsuit? 2. Did Gillespie respond appropriately to Lowe’s complaints of sexual harassment?
