Mr. S. is an 80-year-old Caucasian male who presents to your clinic with complaints of a rash on his scalp and elbows. He states he has had this rash for "as long as he can remember" and sometimes it goes away but comes back. He has been using over the counter hydrocortisone and Neosporin with no improvement. He also complains of joint pain and says he has not had an interest in doing much and feels down most of the time. He is on a fixed income and states "can't afford those expensive medications". Identify additional health history (subjective) and physical examination findings (objective) information needed in the clinical management of this patient. Formulate a primary (final) diagnosis for this patient, include at least three prioritized.
