A 34-year-old female presents with complaints of a chronic cough. She is 20 weeks pregnant. She has been having shortness of breath, which she is attributing to pregnancy. On examination, palpable supraclavicular lymph nodes bilaterally are noted, and a fullness within the lower portion of the neck.
