CT scan of Chest: Noted axillary, cervical, diaphragm, iliac and distal adenopathy. Biopsy of cervical node positive for diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. Bone marrow aspiration positive for diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. Biopsy of terminal ileum positive for diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
