In the examination: sharply positive symptoms of peritoneal irritation, in the blood test - high leukocytosis. In a bimanual study: the uterus is increased to 10 weeks of gestation, dense, hilly. To the left of the uterus the formation connected with the uterus, 6x8 cm in size, which is sharply painful when palpated is determined. What is the treatment plan?

Fractional diagnostic curettage of the uterine cavity. Hormonal therapy Observation and antispasmodic therapy. Node biopsy. Urgent surgical treatment.
