Her ultrasound report shows a possible case of ruptured appendix. Her BP is 94/60mm of Hg and pulse is 128/min. The doctor has prescribed IV Amoxicillin 1 gram as a preoperative antibiotic, IV Ondansetron 4mg and IM Diclofenac 75mg and IV 0.9% Normal Saline over 6 hours. Amoxicillin is presented as 500 mg per ampoule. It is to be diluted to a volume of 10 ml.
