A small IT product company with about 250 employees, is facing high levels of attrition. Exit interviews have revealed the primary causes to be lack of clear performance goals. There have also been complaints about receiving negative feedback along with poor ratings only at the end of the year, with no chance to improveThe CEO also feels there is no link between organizational goals and the individual goals set for the employees.
