Question

Mr. Harding is positive for Covid 19 and has been complaint with Room based isolation and wear his nose mask whenever he has contact with staff. He denies all COVID symptoms currently and his Vital signs were within normal limits. He declined to take his PM medication this evening. He has had no inappropriate sexualized behaviors during the shift. The nursing staff will maintain continuous monitoring throughout their shift to ensure safety and attend to any needs.
