Question

The patient was seen in the physician's office with a complaint of chest pain over the past few days. Patient explained that when laying in bed is when they really notice the pain, especially if they snacked alter at night. EKG was negative. Cardiac enzyme lab test and chest x-ray were ordered. The physician suspects gastroesophageal reflux disease.
