Patient stated that symptoms began 5 days ago and have not gotten better even after taking OTC cold medications. Patient stated she has also had intermittent headaches and mild chest pain after coughing spells. Laying flat makes symptoms worse while sitting up provides minimal relied. Patient stated she is complaint with all medications. She denies any fever or vomiting but reported mild nausea. Patient is admitted due pneumonia.
