Question

Storm is a 16-year-old female complaining of a sore throat for 2 days. She has a fever of 103 degrees that comes down with Motrin. She denies cold, cough, vomiting, diarrhea. She is unable to speak due to pain, has a decreased appetite, but is drinking. She is otherwise in good health. She has no drug allergies. PE findings include 3 tonsils with exudate, swollen, tender, and mobile anterior cervical adenopathy. Rapid Group A Strep is positive. She is very upset because she cannot speak and has to film a TV show Euphoria. 1. Diagnosis (with CPT level of complexity and ICD-10 code) 2. Pathophysiology 3. Prescription 4. Pharmacological action of the drug including classification and mechanism of action.
