Reflect on the original purpose and challenge the team set. Change can stress an organisation, so reviewing the experience through an E.I. lens is valuable information. Assess how closely the team achieved milestones set and consider what worked, what didn't and what you would recommend to the organisation for consideration, for future changes business wide. Analyse and summarise the measurable outcomes, based on evidence gathered. Make a cost vs benefit analysis - determine if adopting the change would be worth it to the business, all things considered. Decide as team how you want to share the story of the experience and what you'd like to tell the service community. Consider not only the purpose but also the learning within the team, having undertaken new processes of innovation, that would be worth sharing with colleagues and peers
