However, making a one-time purchase could be unaffordable as this would be too expensive for the business. In leasing the printer through monthly installments, the Printer will be more costly that when lease once.

2. Purchasing the printer will be expected to increase her production levels. Just like any other operation, an increase in production levels will be expected to enhance the competitiveness of the business operation. This is due to an increased number of T-shirts being produced.

3. Business Intelligences (BI) involves the use of particular applications in analysis data within a business in order to facilitate the decision making process. A number of processes are also involved in business intelligence such as accessing data, analysis, storing and gathering of information. The most common examples of BI tools include statistical analysis, data mining, forecasting, reporting and query, data mining and forecasting.

4. Profitability - Carrie is able to identify the number of t-shirts that are required in order to meet the expected profit levels. Moreover, identifying the revenue levels within the business operations in order to meet different goals and objectives.
