I feel that I contribute a lot to the organization in achieving the key goals and mission During my professional practice, I significantly contributed to the operational success of the organization by performing daily tasks as well as responsibilities which involved delivering services, meeting client needs and many more. However, I often see my role in fostering a positive and collaborative work atmosphere in the organization. Developing a strong workplace relationship, efficient communication and teamwork significantly contributes to the positive work culture within the firm. In addition, I possess excellent communication skills which help to interact and communicate with clients effectively and understand their needs. Communication skills aid in preventing conflicts and delivering quality services as per customer needs (Kalogiannidis, 2020). Inmy previous job, I was flexible with a list of different daily activities that I acquired when I got to work. I also excel at multi-tasking which positively contributes to the organization's operational success and goals.
Areas of improvement
Continuing professional development is critical for career growth and staying pertinent in the ever-evolving industry. Continuing professional development is regarded as a form of lifelong learning that maximizes both professional and personal potential (Suliman, Kruger and Pienaar, 2020). It is necessary to maintain professional abilities with skills and knowledge to perform well in professional practice. One of the topic areas that needs to improve is artificial intelligence and automation. This area is chosen because knowledge of Al and automation will enable professionals to stay competitive and adapt to the changing work landscape. Since technology continues to advance, automation and Al are becoming central to numerous sectors.
Another topic area to improve for professional development is the development of soft skills. However, soft skills like efficient communication, adaptability, leadership and emotional intelligence will continue to play a central role in the development of a career. These skills are crucial to working in diverse and collaborative teams and managing interpersonal relationships.
