A management position: Executive manager, and a non-management position: Cabin Crew

3. Performance evaluation and rewards: how should performance be measured? How to use various measures-behaviors and actions, results and products? How should performance be evaluated? Are there any rewards/feedbacks related to performance evaluation?
4. Training and development activities: Are there any training and development activities related to performance evaluation?
5. Organizational development plan: What types of training and career development are needed? What is the process of initiating, implementing, and evaluating such organizational development?
