Suppose that you got a job which you thought is your dream job but due to Covid 19, there were salary cuts, revisions of reward and compensation system, lack of training and development opportunities, and absence of employee support systems. Now, this job has become one of your worst nightmares. You are seriously concerned and communicate with your department head that your job is making you very demotivated. Your manager listens to you and next day calls you to his office and informs you that your concerns are very valid, and organization has decided to task you with a responsibility to make yours and other's job better. You have been assigned the task to re-analyze and redesign this job. You believe in competency job Analysis approach. How would you use Competency-based Job Analysis approach for your dream job (discussed in Q1)?
