The organisation is publicly listed on the Australian Stock Exchange and employs approximately 5400 employees across a range of worksites, including 414 long day care centres nationwide, as well as corporate offices in each of the state and territory capitals. You are responsible for the design and development of a new performance and reward system for all employees of the organisation.
