Background Info: As part of the job description update initiative, Ellen Pump, the Compensations and Benefits Director at KGW recently conducted a job analysis of all the jobs in KGW. Currently, the job descriptions for positions in Grade 14 and some in Grade 15 do not require a college degree. Ellen asked you to consider whether or not all jobs should require a 4-year degree. Question #3: Please look at a sample of (any) 3 jobs in each of the Job Grades 14 and 15. Do you think the current educational requirement for each of these positions is appropriate? Is there any downside to adding a 4-year degree as a requirement to jobs that don't currently require it? Please explain your answer.
