COMPENSATION PROJECT - NEW EMPLOYEE

Google Inc. was brought up by Sergey Brin and Larry Page in 1998. The company's headquarters is in 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain view California. Google Inc. primarily deals in the search engine. However, it sells other products search as YouTube, Google mail, and other social media marketing application. The company has more than 40000 talented employees and boasts of good employee compensation plans.

ccounts Clerk

The company seeks to hire an accounts clerk. The accounting clerk will be answerable to the finance manager. Furthermore, the accounts clerk will review, verify, record adjust and balance financial transactions. The main objective of this job is to assure precise, timely and full client data collection, checking and maintaining financial records, addressing and identifying accounting issues with the finance manager while following all set clerical processes and procedures. The accounts clerk's duties will, therefore, involve;

• Filing documents and maintaining accounting data
• Doing bank reconciliation
• Updating the company's accounting database and processing backups.
• Verifying financial reports and determining the assets depreciation value.
• Perform other roles the finance manager may assign that.
Job Qualification
Google Inc. is an equal opportunity employer. However, all applicants must be American citizens with experience in operating in a busy financial office environment. Moreover, the candidates with additional training on the journal transaction, ledger postings, accounts payable and receivables will be considered. • Ability to work with minimal supervision

• The experience of three years and above.

Accounts clerk compensation

Successful applicants will earn $41,362 annual basic salary. Addition benefits include house allowance, travelling allowance, and entertainment allowance and a full medical cover from AON insurance.

Selection Process
