Compensation Policy and Survey

First, choose the type of company that interests you the most and proceed to make a compensation policy.

To make your compensation policy, you must choose one (1) of the three compensation policies and the pay level of the selected company. Remember, the three compensation policies are: market leader (market lead), Below market (market lag) and equal to the market (market match).

Once you make your compensation policy, describe the composition of the total compensation package and answer: what will be the review period for salary increases and the performance salary increase guidelines?
