1. Complete the leadership style survey- in your Leadership Project Workbook.
2. Discuss the findings of the survey outcome- explain the advantages and disadvantages of this leadership style and how it supports and maintains organisational values, aligns with the brand, and can influence team leadership.
3. Find a positive leader in your workplace- someone who models positive leadership qualities. Describe the specific qualities and attributes they exhibit that contribute to positive leadership, how this influences the organisation's values and brand, and the effects on their team and the overall organisation.
4. Compare this with your own survey results-discuss the difference. Describe ways you can model positive leadership when leading a team.
5. Complete professional development plan - establish leadership goals and opportunities.
