Assignment: Job Analysis and Job Description

Instructions: Go to YouTube and search for a full episode of "Undercover Boss." Imagine you are the CEO of the company in the selected episode.

Requirements: Write a 2-3 page paper in which you:

1. Compare two job positions from the episode.

2. Perform a job analysis of each position.

3. Describe your method of collecting the information for the job analysis.

• For example: one-on-one, interview, survey, et cetera.

4. Create a job description for one of the jobs you analyzed.

5. Justify your belief that the job analysis and job description are in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Use at least three high-quality academic resources in this assignment. Consider beginning with your course textbook and quality sources that can be found in the Strayer Library.
