a. Research the SLAs of two cloud hosting vendors. Either Rackspace at https://www.rackspace.com/ cloud/legal/sla/#files and Amazon. Or Google and Microsoft.

b. For the vendors you selected, what are the SLAs uptime percent? Expect them to 99.9 percent or less.

c. Does each vendor count BOTH scheduled downtime and planned downtime toward the SLA uptime percent?

d. Compare the SLAs on two other criteria.

e. Decide which SLA is better based on your comparisons.

f. Report your results and explain your decision.
