Question: Review in detail a Women's BB coach's contract to explore the unique nature of these agreements; specific types of clauses in these agreements; and discuss how they have evolved. Compare the compensation structures included in a WBB coach's contract with compensation structure in a MBB coach's contract at the same university.

Use UNC's Courtney Banghart's original 2019 agreement and 2020 amendment to that agreement and UNC's Hubert Davis' MBB coach's contract to compare the compensation structure in Davis' contract with Banghart's. This should include base salary, supplemental compensation, achievement bonuses, and Nike supplements. Then you are going to cr eate a Table to illustrate your comparison. You should also provide a brief commentary (one or two paragraphs) discussing the key differences in the compensation package and possible justifications for those differences.
