In addition to comparing and determining controlling CT, compare sizes of clearwell(s) needed for achieving compliance WITH partial credit for turbidity removal and WITHOUT partial credit. Finally, look at the required volume of clearwell needed to comply during peak flow - assuming chlorine residual of 1.2 mg/L and average baffling in the clearwell.
