It also must be noted that many of these guidelines are designed to protect the user from undesirable consequences of using a system, such as preventing web navigation problems, "noise" that distracts from locating and understanding important information ("signals"), and general confusion in performing a task.

In 1 Corinthians 14:33, God is described as the one who brings order:
