Question 1: Compare qualitative and quantitative research approaches. State the research problem (problem statement) your study will investigate, and which research approach is more suitable for the research problems. Explain your reasoning.
Question 2: Explain the considerations for writing research questions in a qualitative study and write out your research question(s).
Question 3: Describe the ethical considerations for conducting research, explaining the consent process, the way study participants and the collected data are protected, and the role and importance of the Institutional Review Board.
Question 4: Explain the concepts of credibility, trustworthiness, conformability, and transferability and the way they are applied in a qualitative study. Provide examples from at least two peer reviewed qualitative research studies.
Question 5: Explain the ethnographic, phenomenological, and grounded theory approaches. Are any of these approaches suitable for your proposed research study? Explain your reasoning.
