Objectives
Identify and compare leadership styles and skills by analyzing the speeches of important leaders in social, political, and/or economic fields.
Replace
Analysis of the speeches of two important leaders.
1. Search for different speeches given by important leaders (Ex. Gandhi, Nelson Mandela, Barak Obama, etc.).
2. Choose two to analyze. Justify your choice.
3. Analyze the two speeches from the perspective of leadership.
4. Compare similarities and differences related to: dimensions of emotional intelligence perceived in the speech; level of assertiveness, leadership style.
5. Conclusions about the leadership styles that you think characterize the two selected speeches.
