Please choose Zillow Inc. and compare its financial reporting disclosures to that of Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Corporation (NASDAQ:GLDD).

Analyze the areas where company is more or less conservative in its application of GAAP (or equivalent) than the other company and what the ramifications of this are.

You will, of course, want to frame your analysis in the context of industry-specific differences, if any.

The simplest approach to doing this might be to compare the most recent 10- K annual reports (or equivalent) of the two organizations.
