Question 1.

The strengths of immunotherapy are that it is durable and dynamic. Explain what is meant by this. In your answer, compare and contrast immunotherapy strategies with targeted therapies (e.g. tyrosine kinase inhibitors). You should consider the target of the agent, the timing of when this agent may be given in the course of the disease, the likely duration of the response, and how would you evaluate the efficacy of these two agents.

Question 2.

The term "plasticity" has been used when describing several different concepts in cancer biology and the development of cancer therapeutics.
