Second assignment the same questions use for Ann principal at a catholic elementary school in a very poor area of town, she is dealing with culture setting, discipline problems and parents not paying their tution a very small student body and most of the children 98% attending this catholic school are not catholic and yet the parents want their children to get a catholic education. Ann takes these children from the neigborhood to attend this school where most of these children come from broken homes, single parents, and nowhere else to go. Ann is very good in communicating to the parents and her staff in what she wants for this school to stay open in this neighborhood, but finds it difficult to discipline the students who get into trouble a lot that is where I came in took over the discipline problems and tryed very hard to be fair to everyone who walked into the office. This help Ann a lot so she can put her time in with the board, in making decisions about how parents need to pay for their children's tution and so.
