Question: Compare and contrast two extrinsic nonmonetary rewards that human resource teams or organizations can offer with a high potential to create a competitive advantage. For example, 3M implemented a 15% Culture where company employees are allocated fifteen percent of their paid time to pursue personal projects (this is how the post-it note was invented).

Retaining human capital is a major focus for human resource teams, and in many organizations and/or industries, retaining good talent is a challenge. Research and share why employee retention is important (we need to share statistical data to support our answer).

Select one of the extrinsic nonmonetary rewards you researched and determine which reward will have the better impact on retaining employees?
