Scenario: 

You have started a company in Canada (homemade chocolate and treats or Inuit/native culture inspired clothing/household items since I am half Inuk and half Ojibway), and it has grown from 5 employees to 50 employees over the past five years. You have decided it is time to look into opening a division in a foreign country (I was thinking USA) to continue to support your growth and increase your customer market
