W-weaknesses (such as shift work needed, long commute, long course of study, etc.)

O-opportunities (such as widely available employment, completed at low cost at Germanna, etc.)

T-threats (such as lack of sufficient financial aid to work only part-time, lack of babysitting, etc.)

Another way to define the four categories would be that strengths and weaknesses are defined by you for you, where opportunities and threats could be the environment that exists in the profession. They overlap a lot; that's OK. This is your opinion.
