Your law firm located in Virginia, Hamer, Huerta, Jordan, and Yousafzai, has just advised that our client, Hilda was in an accident as she was driving to her home from our law firm. According to Hilda, the other car hit her car on the passenger side front door. The driver of the other car is Zeus. According to the police report, Zeus claims that Hilda entered the intersection of Bell Road and 18th Avenue when the traffic light was red. Zeus acknowledges that the front of his car hit the passenger side of Hilda's car. The accident occurred on April 1 of last year at 6:00 pm. The traffic lights were working properly. When the accident occurred, Hilda was traveling east and Zeus was traveling north. Hilda claims that, upon impact, she fractured two bones in her left hand (the metacarpal bones: thumb and index fingers). While the fracture has healed, her fingers are stiff and she has trouble holding objects in her left hand. She is left-hand dominant. Hilda's head hit the driver's side window upon impact. She suffered a concussion and still experiences headaches, hearing loss, and balance problems. Hilda believes that Zeus is responsible for for her injuries. The accident occurred in Virginia.
