Read the case study titled "Converging or Diverging? A Comparative Analysis of Trends in Contingent Employment Practice in Europe over a Decade" and answer all the questions that follow in an essay format. Students must cite all sources of information and produce a bibliography after each question. This means that students must maintain similarity report of less than 20%, as per policy.

1. In your own words, discuss the convergence debate of employment relations in European countries such as UK, Sweden and Germany as depicted in case study 2.
2. From your readers, notes and the case study, compare the contingent employment practices in European countries. In doing so, list the contingent employment practices before discussing their similarities, differences, advantages and disadvantages to the employers as a main actor of employment relations.
3. Discuss the result or the outcome of the research as depicted in the case study.
