How people address each other, what metaphors they use (sports, military, family), jargon, levels of formality, is integral in the formation of communication, and therefore culture, in an organization. Give an example of HOW specific LANGUAGE can impact an organization. For instance, during the dot com era, it became popular for companies to create a collegial atmosphere.
