Management has been using exponential smoothing with trend, with a smoothing constant of α = 0.1 and a trend smoothing constant of ß = 0.2, to forecast sales for the next month each time. The forecasts for the last two months were 4,720 and then 4,975. The last estimate of the trend factor was 240. Calculate the forecast of sales for next month.
