Choose a community health nurse setting. Some examples of settings are school nurse, parish nurse, home health nurse, be specific in what area you work Health department, dept of corrections, WIC,STD clinic, ect. *Introduce the identified problem and reiterate at least one to two important findings. *Propose one community nursing intervention that would address one or more of the major direct or indirect factors the problem. Your intervention needs to be specific: * Who is your target population? * Where is this intervention taking place? * Will it take place one time or multiple times? *How will it reach your target population? * How will it get your target population involved? Justify why the problem should be a priority. Your presentation must include at least one quantitative or qualitative evaluation tool. It should include your method along with with desired outcomes. Outcome measurement is a crucial piece to implementing interventions. What will be the long term or short term impact on your community and your purpose for this presentation.
