Why is there always a communication problem amongst employees and managers along with managers knowing how to be approachable, ethical and having patience? State if you agree or disagree and why with the summary provided?

A manager in my opinion is someone who oversees either an individual or a group of individuals for a set of tasks. A manager is able to communicate the goals and missions of the organization and ensure that they are being met in one way or another. Managers are expected to complete their duties while helping their employees carry out tasks in a safe and timely fashion. It is important for managers to lead by example and be a role model for those that they are responsible for. For example, a manager should model a dress code and great attendance if they require their employees to do the same. A manager should be ethical, approachable, and patient with employees. It is also important for managers to have great communication skills in order for work assignments to be completed accurately by employees that they oversee. Communication is also important because it sets the tone for how employees will respect their role and authority. In my opinion, a good manager is able to communicate effectively so that words aren’t offensive but are stern and respected.
