The absenteeism rate is high.
Staff are demotivated and claims management is unaware of what is going on. There are rumors of layoffs.
Managers claim to give clear orders and accuse staff of being lazy.

Your management consulting firm has a mandate to correct the situation. You need to make an action plan to improve the company's management style, communications, and motivational strategies. Explain to management why the issues discussed are driving sales down and present your solutions.
