Shell Case study; 3 problems

Not using evaluations from employees when implementing new changes. They did this by not including all respondents in previous evaluations, or using previous evaluations in the changes.

Communication and timeline of changes is not conducive to workload for employees. They did this by not taking delays into consideration during the change process.

Low employee morale and lack of development to prepare for change implementation. Focus on employee development wasn't a priority in the change plan . Which leads to employee disengagement.
