While the company plans to implement a new strategy and goals, one of the most important steps is communicating the adaptive leadership toolkit. The main focus during this process will be communication. If the message is communicated in a way that everyone feels excited and understands the vision then this will help gain buy-in. One of the best things you can do when communicating change is share a vision of how the organization can benefit from the transition (Ricks, 2020). Another main goal when communicating the message to the leaders is to chart a path of every step of the process so the message doesn't feel too overwhelming.

Change is a difficult process to go through when people are used to a routine or a process. However, in order to ensure this communication strategy is sustainable long-term we need to make sure the results will make an impact long-term. Individuals need to know the change is both good for them and the company overall (Ricks, 2020). By sharing the vision to the leaders, they can envision where the company should be and the benefits that come along with it. In addition, it's very crucial that every leader in the company becomes an active participant so that they feel involved in the process. Finally, continue communicating and call for meetings on a scheduled basis to receive feedback on the current changes. In my opinion, it's okay to make changes, if necessary, to ensure a successful implementation.
